• School Day: 8:50 a.m. – 3:35 p.m.
• Student Arrival Begins: 8:30 a.m.

Regular attendance supports student learning and success. Families should notify the school when a student is absent and provide documentation within two school days of the student’s return.

All absences are considered unexcused until documentation is received. Ongoing attendance concerns will be addressed following Campbell County Public Schools procedures

Morning Arrival

Students arriving by parent transportation should enter through the cafeteria entrance (Entrance 2).

• Students may enter beginning at 8:30 a.m.
• Parents may not walk students to classrooms during arrival

Afternoon Dismissal

Afternoon dismissal begins at 3:35 p.m.

• Cars may begin lining up at 3:15 p.m.
• Parents are asked to remain in their vehicles at all times

Early Check-Out

If a student needs to leave early:

• Send a written note in advance when possible
• Parents must sign students out through the main office
• Identification may be requested

Approved Pick-Up

Only individuals listed in Infinite Campus may pick up students unless written permission is provided by a parent or guardian.

Clear communication helps ensure student safety.

How to Notify the School

• Send a written note to your child’s teacher for planned changes
• For same-day changes, contact the main office by 2:00 p.m.

Important Reminder

Transportation changes communicated after 2:00 p.m. may not be guaranteed due to dismissal procedures.

Student Health

If a student becomes ill during the school day, they should notify their teacher and report to the nurse with a pass.

Medication at School

All medication administered at school requires:
