School House System

A large group of people, mostly young students, are gathered in a gymnasium, wearing green and red shirts, standing in rows and posing for a photograph.

Our House System: Four Houses, One Tribe!

At Concord Elementary School, our House System helps build community, encourage positive behavior, and strengthen connections among students and staff. Every student is welcomed into one of four houses—Red (Respect), Blue (Determination), Yellow (Positivity), and Green (Integrity)—each representing values we strive to demonstrate every day.

Students are introduced to their house through a special sorting ceremony and remain in that house throughout their time at CES. Our houses bring students together across grade levels for team-building activities, celebrations, and schoolwide incentives. While each house has its own identity, we come together as one CES community, supporting one another and growing together.
